Unless you have substantial financial backing, like from wealthy parents—who might prefer another path for you anyway—the road ahead requires strategic planning in your training regimen.<br></p><h3>Adding Strength and Conditioning to Your Routine<br></h3><p><strong>On Integrating Strength Training</strong><br></p><p>So, how do you add strength training without sacrificing valuable practice time? It's all about topping up your existing routine. For instance, if your schedule includes an hour of grappling and an hour of striking four to five days a week, integrate strength exercises intermittently or at the end of your sessions.</p><ul><li><strong>Post-Practice Push-Ups</strong>: Consider incorporating push-ups in between rounds or at the conclusion of your practice.
